Working with me

Simple, local, and no pressure.

Here's what to expect, from the first conversation to the years after you enroll.

How it goes

  1. We talk story

By phone, Zoom or at the Waipahu office. I ask about your ʻohana, your doctors, your budget and what you already have.

  2. I compare options

As an independent agent, I can shop several insurance companies and show you the trade-offs in plain language.

  3. You decide, and I stay

No pressure, ever. If you enroll, I'm still the one you call for claims questions and yearly check-ins. That's how we do things here.

Questions

Before we meet

What does it cost to work with you?

Nothing. The insurance companies pay agents, and your premium is the same whether you buy through me or on your own.

Do you only sell one company's plans?

No. Plan Benefits Hawaiʻi is independent, so I can compare plans from several insurance companies.

How long does a review take?

A Medicare plan review usually takes about 30 minutes. A turning-65 walkthrough or a full coverage review takes a bit longer.

What happens after I enroll?

You keep my number. I help with claims questions and billing problems, and I check in each year to make sure your coverage still fits.

Ready when you are

Pick the path that fits, or just reach out and we'll figure it out together.
